In a conversation with a private news channel on Saturday, Gautam Adani told a horrifying story related to his abduction and the 26/11 Mumbai attacks. Gautam Adani said that he has seen death twice in his life. Speaking about his abduction, Gautam Adani said, “It’s better to forget the bad times. I adapt to every situation. I was released the next day after the abduction. But the night I was abducted, I slept peacefully. Because worrying too much about things that are not at hand does not help. .”

Adani at the Taj Hotel in a terrorist attack
Gautam Adani further said that Adani was trapped in the Taj Hotel during the November 26, 2008 terrorist attack and survived. He had gone to Taj Hotel for dinner with a friend from Dubai. Terrorists were firing in front of their eyes. He saw that scene of terror very closely. ‘But don’t panic, because panic wouldn’t do anything.’ He said this.

Narrating the incident, Adani said that after dinner at the hotel, he was about to go out after paying the bill, when he got the news of the terrorist attack and then spent the whole night in terror. If they had left a few minutes earlier, something bad would have surely happened. They were stuck in the Taj Hotel for the whole night. The hotel staff took them upstairs through the back passage. After 7 am, the commandos were able to move out after receiving full protection.

Gautam Adani is not much disturbed by the ups and downs of life. According to him, hard work is the key to success. Everyone should work hard and move forward. He said that their projects are running in 22 states of the country. Therefore, the allegations made against him are baseless and these statements are being made only for political gain.

He said that ‘Adani Group till date does not enter into any business without bidding. Be it port, airport, power house, infrastructure, all the places have worked according to rules. Gautam Adani said that ‘Rahul Gandhi is a senior leader of Congress, he also wants the progress of the country, even if he says something in anger, he is not against development. He has also praised the Adani project in Rajasthan.
