The BSE Sensex was trading down 0.72% or 445 points at 61,220 at 10:10 am on Monday. While the Nifty50 was trading down 0.70% to 18,179. Mainly Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited and SBI Life Insurance dragged down the major index. The India VIX index rose more than 3% indicating more volatility in capital markets.
India’s foreign exchange reserves increased by $14.72 billion to $544.72 billion as on November 4, 2022.
