According to the National Education Policy, the State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board’s 10th and 12th examinations will be held, and there is a possibility of a change in their examination pattern. In addition, there is uneasiness among the students and parents who are facing the 10th and 12th exams in the coming academic year. In this background, Gosavi explained that the examination will be conducted according to the prevailing method of the state board.
Gosavi said, ‘Apart from that, it has been mentioned about taking the fifth and eighth exams. It has been suggested that the exams of class 10th and 12th should be conducted in session mode. Accordingly, the draft National School Curriculum has been announced. Suggestions have been invited from educational institutions on this draft. After the finalization of this draft, the State School Curriculum will be prepared. After receiving notification from the state government regarding its implementation, there will be changes in the exam pattern. It will take some more time. This change will not be implemented from the coming academic year, Gosavi also said.
In the new education policy, it has been clarified that the examinations of class 10-12 will be held. Only a change in the pattern of examinations has been suggested.
