Students have taken admission in various courses of Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University. In the admission process conducted for the academic year 2022-23, four lakh 60 thousand 135 students of the state have been admitted. More than 30,000 students who have not paid their fees will have an opportunity to pay their fees online till November 18.
Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University conducted the process for admission to different courses like diploma, degree, master’s degree. Online admission was invited from the students for the admission of academic year 2022-23. In this admission process, students had to register online and fill the admission form. After that the tuition fee of the course had to be paid online. The opportunity to stay in the mainstream of education through distance education was provided on this occasion.
In order to allow more students from the state to take admission, the university had repeatedly extended the deadline. While the option of admission with regular fee was given, later the option of admission with late fee was also made available. On Tuesday (15th) the extension period for admission with late fee has expired.

The study center approval period for the admission application will be till 20th November. The university has informed that all the aspirants have to submit the online application form at the selected study center within the prescribed period and get the admission approved by the study center.
