Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University announced the provisional list of affiliated colleges, recognized courses and admission capacity for the academic year 2023-24 on Wednesday 31st May. 371 colleges announced admissions for BA, BCom, BSc and 125 more courses. The university administration has also made the list available to the students and parents.
After the announcement of the 12th results, students, parents have turned their attention to admissions to degree courses. The university has announced the college wise list of eligible colleges for the academic year 2023-24, admission capacity, which colleges are not eligible for admission, how much the admission capacity has been reduced.

According to university sources, there are more than 125 degree courses. It is said that the admission capacity has been determined considering the infrastructure, full-time principals, number of qualified teachers. The list of colleges was made available to the students on the website. The University has determined the syllabus, admission capacity after academic assessment.
In the first phase, 271 colleges were evaluated and in the second phase, 102 colleges were evaluated. Considering the infrastructure, qualified teachers, NAAC assessment, admissions in many colleges were reduced by 50 percent. The college administration was given an opportunity to present its views. It is said that the process of degree admission will start after that.
It has been clarified that students, parents should take admission only after seeing the approval, check the syllabus, admission capacity, infrastructure facilities available in the college and then take admission only.

Results in 80 percent colleges
The list of affiliated 471 colleges for the academic year 2023-24 was announced. Admissions to a total of 393 courses like BA, BCom, BSc in 372 colleges were completely stopped. The admission of 534 courses in various colleges has been reduced, while 973 courses will be given full admission in various colleges, according to the information of Vice Chancellor Dr. Given by Shyam Sirsath.
The list of affiliated colleges, recognized courses and eligibility was published before the start of the academic year. If more students are admitted than the capacity, action will be taken against the concerned colleges.
