Yash Raj Films, the producer of ‘Pathan’, released a video in which Shah Rukh commented that he had wanted to play an action hero for years. King Khan says, ‘I came into this industry 32 years ago to be an action hero, but that didn’t happen because they made me a romantic hero. I just wanted to be an action hero. I mean, I love DDLJ, besides Rahul- Raj and the rest of the lovable heroes I play. But still, the desire to become an action hero did not cross his mind. So this movie is a kind of dream come true for me.’
Talking about Pathan, Shah Rukh said, ‘Pathan is such a simple but difficult person. I think he is mischievous and strong as well. But it doesn’t show like that. He is faithful, honest and considers India as his mother. King Khan also commented on Deepika this time. Earlier, the duo gave blockbuster films like Om Shanti Om, Chennai Express and Happy New Year. So it will be important to see what this pair will do in Pathan.
Talking about Deepika’s role, Shahrukh said, ‘A song like Besharam Rang needs a high level artist like Deepika. She has also done action in this movie. She pulls a man over her and takes her aside. She is brave enough to do this. This equation is seen only in actresses like Deepika. Despite being an action heroine, her role has many facets.’ This video of Shar Rukh is currently in special discussion.
Directed by Siddharth Anand, Pathan is a part of Aditya Chopra’s spy universe and will star Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in lead roles. Produced by YRF, ‘Pathan’ will release on January 25, 2023 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages.
The movie is being talked about since the teaser released by YRF. The song ‘Besharam Rang’ from this movie has created controversy across the country. Controversy arose over Deepika’s saffron bikini. Nevertheless, the song became a hit among Shahrukh-Deepika’s fans. After that the song ‘Zhoome Jo Pathan’ was released. In this, at the age of 57, Shahrukh’s dancing prowess impressed his fans. The trailer of the movie also trended on social media.
