Better control of meta ecosystem:
With Meta’s new feature, the experience will improve for users who are part of Meta’s ecosystem and use multiple social media platforms. With the new feature they will get a centralized space, from where they can manage their personal information apart from managing passwords, account security and settings.

Use of the new meta feature is optional, meaning that only users who want to can link multiple accounts to Account Center. At the same time, the rest will continue to have the option of using Meta Key apps as before. For example, if users want to manage the ads they see on Facebook, Instagram, and other meta platforms, they can be personalized from one place.
Settings that can be collectively controlled include personal details, passwords and security, permissions, ad preferences, payment related information and settings, the blog post said. Personalization settings related to individual apps will not become part of the Accounts Center.
