A month ago, the Chief Minister of the state, Eknath Shinde, had given an order to the District Deputy Registrar of Parbhani that an administrator should be appointed to the Agricultural Produce Market Committee at Manavat of Parbhani. However, the district deputy registrar has not acted on the order even after the chief minister gave the order a month ago. No administrator has been appointed to the Human Agricultural Produce Market Committee. Babajani Durrani, MLA of Legislative Council of NCP, noticed this. After this, he had met the district deputy registrar. He instructed the district deputy registrar that an administrator should be appointed immediately on the market committee.
MLA Babajani Durrani has filed a complaint against the district deputy registrars with the principal secretary of the cooperative department as the district deputy registrars have directly passed the orders of the chief minister and did not appoint the administrator despite the orders of the Aurangabad high court. Along with this, they have demanded that an administrator should be immediately appointed to the Agricultural Produce Market Committee at Manawat. Since the MLAs have directly complained that the orders of the Chief Minister have been ignored, now the whole state is paying attention to what action is being taken against the district deputy registrars.
