Two close friends had clashed in Lalmati Akhara of Maharashtra Kesari. Mauli Jamdade and Sikandar Shaikh’s fight on the red soil turned out to be eye-opening. Once they enter the arena, they forget friendship, enmity and relationship, thinking that the wrestler in front of them is their opponent. The same was felt in the battle between Mauli and Sikandar. Sikandar Shaikh defeated Mauli Jamdade 9-4 in a very tight contest in the clay section to advance in the tournament. In the beginning Sikandar took control of Mauli and scored 2 points. Mauli Jamdade scored 4 straight points while scoring a double in the first attempt. Sikandar Shaikh then combined power and trickery to capture Mauli and earn 2 points again.

Mauli Jamdade then attempted a double, but Sikandar overturned the innings and scored 4 points. After that, both of them also tried to attack each other. But in this, Sikandar got Vijayashree by pushing Mauli Jamdade out of the circle.
