Palam, Parbhani : A minor girl was first molested while going to school. After that, seeing that there was no one in the house, he forcibly asked the minor girl for marriage. And she was molested by forcing an ant into her vagina. The incident took place at Ramapur in Palam taluka of Parbhani. In this case, a case has been registered at the Palam Police Station under the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse Act against one of the accused. The name of the accused who has been registered as Dnyaneshwar Laxman Phugnar. Palam police have detained the accused after registering the case. Further investigation into the incident is being conducted by Faujdar Supriya Kendra.
The victim, a 13-year-old girl, studies in a school at Banvas in Palam taluka. While she was going to school, she was molested by Dnyaneshwar Laxman Phugnar (age 20 years) from Ramapur. However, the said girl did not tell anyone at home due to fear. But seeing that there was no one at home on Tuesday, the accused Dyaneshwar Phugnar went to the girl’s house. Then Fugnar threatened the victim girl that ‘marry me, if you say no, I will run away’. At this time, the accused forcefully filled the head of the victim girl with the demand of marriage and started to molest her.

After the victim screamed, her sister came into the house. Then accused Dnyaneshwar Phugnar ran away from the house. After that the victim girl told this incident to other members of the house. Then on Wednesday, the victim girl approached the Palam police station and lodged a complaint. The Palam police registered a case under the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse Act against the accused Dnyaneshwar Phugnar. As soon as the case was registered, a team was sent to search for the accused under the guidance of Police Inspector Pradeep Kakade. After getting the information about the accused, Faujdar Supriya Kendra arrested the accused Dnyaneshwar Phugnar from Rampur. Further investigation is being conducted by Faujdar Supriya Kendra.
