Raymond Realty’s first project was completed 24 months before the RERA deadline.
Raymond’s Realty Group recently celebrated the completion of its ambitious project Ten X Habitat.
Raymond Realty completed the first 3 towers of the project 24 months before the RERA deadline. This ambitious project to raise the standard of living in Thane was conceptualized in 2019. The design of this project has been prepared by the well-known Vastu Visharad Mr. Hafeez Contractor. 10 x Habitant is the tallest project in Thane with 42 gardens and 10 buildings.

The keys of the luxurious house were handed over to a few select customers by Shri Gautam Hari Singhania, Chairman and Managing Director of Raymond Group.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Gautam Hari Singhania said, “This is our first project to start the transfer process of the house. The project is located on Pokhran Road in the center of Thane city. Singhania is within a walking distance of infrastructure like schools, hospitals and malls. The project is located on the East Expressway, Close to Ghodbunder Road and Mumbai Nashik Highway, the lifestyle and greenery of the project will give the residents a brief respite from the urban environment.
The project is based on the principles of sustainability, modern architecture, contemporary design. The project is located on Pokhran Road which is central to the city. Infrastructural facilities like Singhania schools, hospitals and malls are just a stone’s throw away from the project. Eastern Expressway, Ghodbunder Road and Mumbai Nasik Highway are connected to each other near the project. The new lifestyle in the project will give the customers some respite from the urban environment for a while

Raymond Realty’s second quarter sales rose to ₹245 crore from ₹81 crore compared to last year. Realty segment’s quarterly EBITDA was 25.8%.

The segment reported an EBITDA margin of 25 for the quarter. 8% reported.
