Tima Dhotre was passing by a closed public women’s toilet near his house in Santpet Pandharpur in the early hours of Monday when he found the body. After they tried the mobile battery, they realized that the dead body was that of Krishna. Half of his body was missing. The chest was literally torn apart. There were wounds on the face. As soon as the information about the incident came to light, the police personnel along with Sub-Divisional Police Officer Vikram Kadam, Police Inspector Arun Phuge, Crime Branch Head Assistant Police Inspector CV Kendra reached the spot.
Did Krishna die because there were stray dogs and pigs in the area and such animals injured him and ate part of his body? Such doubt is coming forward now. So Krishna may not have been attacked by pigs but may have been killed. As citizens have started expressing such doubts, there has been a demand for a thorough investigation into this matter. Meanwhile, the police have started a thorough investigation in all these cases and are they getting any CCTV footage? Police are also investigating this. As this case has spread a lot of fear in the area, the parents of the children have become very worried.
