First of all visit the official website of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways Vehicle e-Services. Click on Login button. Enter your User ID, Password, Security Code as shown on the screen and press the Submit button. Click on Online Service. Select vehicle related services. Enter the last 5 digits of your vehicle registration number and chassis number. Click on Generate OTP button. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number, select the Change Address option in the Submit RC option and then click on the Submit button.
Click Change Address in the RC option on the left menu. Enter all the details and click on submit button. Fill the insurance policy options present under the Service Details tab. And then click on submit button. Click on DMS (Upload Documents) option. Click on the Appointment option under the Service Details tab. Select the date the slot is available. Click on the Book Now button. Click on the Fee Details option and make the payment with the required details. Select payment gateway and press continue button.
Receipt will come after payment. Take a print out of the receipt. You will be asked to go to the RTO with your receipt and other original documents. Your address will be changed on the vehicle registration certificate after submission and document verification. Read:
