Washington (USA): One lottery ticket has changed a person’s fortune overnight. This person has become rich overnight because of this ticket. This person has won more than Rs 6,243 crore. However, the identity of this person has not been disclosed. The lucky winner, who lives in Washington, has pocketed the fifth-biggest cash of all time. Notably, this is the ninth largest amount in US lottery jackpot history. The biggest amount in Powerball Jackpot history is Rs 16,880 crore. This amount was won on November 7, 2022 by a person from California.

If a person opts for the lottery prize money at one time, he will get Rs 3,369 crore. That is, he will be given this much amount at one time. However, if he chooses to receive the amount in installments for several years, he will get Rs 6,243 crore, ACB News said in its report.

This drawing of the Powerball Jackpot Lottery is the first drawing this year. Earlier on November 19, 2022, the winning amount of the lottery jackpot was Rs 768 crore.

The winning numbers for the Powerball jackpot were 5, 11, 22, 23, 69 and 7. Two of these tickets were sold to Michigan and New York. The person whose numbers match all five white balls will get a prize money of Rs.8 crores. One ticket was sold in Texas under the ‘power play option’. The prize money was Rs. 16 crores.

Apart from this there were 58 such tickets, the people who bought the tickets received more than Rs 40 lakhs. While 16 lottery ticket holders have received more than 80 lakh rupees.

On January 5, 2022, two people won a jackpot amount of Rs.5235 crores. The amount was split between two individuals from California and Wisconsin.
On February 14, 2022, a jackpot amount of Rs 1,533 crore was won in Connecticut, USA.
On April 27, 2022, a person residing in Arizona won a jackpot amount of over Rs.3900 Crores.
On June 29, 2022, a person from Vermot won a jackpot amount of Rs.3000 crores.
On August 3, 2022, a person from Pennsylvania won a jackpot worth over Rs 1700 crore.
