Proposal will be submitted
This is the first case of chickens being killed by leopard attacks. There is a provision for compensation in case of injury or death of human or livestock due to leopard attack. However, if the chickens also die, we will submit a proposal for compensation to the higher office. Yogesh Kakade, Forest Range Officer of Otur said that action will be taken as per orders.
