Indapur: The friend had an immoral relationship with the friend’s wife and beat him up with mental anguish. Due to this, the shocking incident of his suicide happened at Bawda in Indapur taluka. The name of the youth who committed suicide is Javed Jilani Mulani (age 32, Bawda, Indapur). A case has been registered in Indapur police station against his wife Kajal Mulani and Praveen alias Baba Tanaji Sawant (Res. Bawda, Dist. Indapur). Mustafa Jilani Mulani (Res. Bawda, Dist. Indapur) filed a complaint in this case.

Both Javed and accused Praveen Sawant were school friends. Javed was married to Kajal in 2017. Pravin’s frequent visits to Javed’s house were due to money transactions along with being a friend. From that, Pravin and Kajal’s love affair started. As a result, due to quarrels and tension with his wife, Javed fell into addiction. Meanwhile, Javed, who was having a love affair, was constantly beaten up by the two accused.

Before the suicide, on the evening of January 20, Javed saw the two together in his own house and asked. Praveen abused and beat him for this. The next day, on Saturday (January 21), the accused came home at 10 am and again beat Javed. As a result, Javed, who was under stress, committed suicide by hanging himself from the iron channel of his house. Further investigation of this incident Assistant Police Inspector N.G. Relatives took Javed’s body to Indapur police station

After Javed’s suicide, his relatives took the dead body to the Indapur police station. He had taken the stand that the culprits related to the incident should be booked under appropriate sections otherwise the dead body would not be moved. Even after the police promised to file a case after the post-mortem of the body, the relatives remained firm on their demand. Meanwhile on Saturday (January 21) late night, the above two accused were charged with B.D.V. A case of abetment to suicide was registered under Section 306. The court remanded the accused to one-day police custody.
