What exactly happened?
While going towards Dindi on foot towards Pandharpur, the four wheeler vehicle coming from behind was avoiding the motorcycle coming in front and the driver lost control and the car entered Dindi. This has caused this accident. Fortunately, there were no casualties. A car rammed into Dindi on foot, seven people were killed
Warkari of Jatharwadi village in Karveer taluka of Kolhapur district had gone on foot to Pandharpur to see Vithuraya. But on the way, while walking near Junoni village in Sangola taluka, around Monday evening, a speeding car rammed directly into Dindi. As many as 15 passengers were seriously injured in the accident. 7 of them died, while 8 are still struggling with death. Five women, one man and one child were killed in the accident. The two persons in the Tata Nexon car that hit the vans have been detained by the police and the persons in the car are residents of Sonand village in Sangola taluka.
