The season of accidents at Navle Bridge and Bhumkar Chowk is not ending. A few months ago, after as many as 32 cars collided with each other on Navle Bridge, it seems like a series of accidents has started. In a week, 15 to 20 accidents, both minor and major, have occurred consecutively at Navale Bridge and Bhumkar Chowk. After this, the administration immediately woke up and completed the incomplete work in many places.
However, the road works at some distance from Bhumkar Chowk are still pending. There is no bifurcation between service road and connecting point of main highway. In this, due to road repair work on the highway, the drivers are tired of the traffic and drive fast. In addition, today while traveling on the main highway, a bike rider suddenly came in the middle of a speeding dumper and was hit by the dumper and the dumper lost control and ran over him. In this horrific accident, the bike rider died on the spot.
