Ramdevi Govind Kumar (age 24, resident of Temburni) is a woman working in a paper mill in Temburni, Uttar Pradesh. She was coming from Temburni to Solapur in a rickshaw along with her two female colleagues for delivery. His rickshaw stopped at Saveleshwar toll booth. As soon as he gave this information to the staff at the toll booth, Manjunath Pujari, Pawan Prashant Singh, Abhishek Pandey, Rohit Pandey, Project Manager Dinesh Sahi from the Route Operation Team alerted all the systems. Paramedical staff Sudarshan Ernale set up the delivery system in the ambulance.
In the ambulance, the woman gave birth to a child, but realizing that there was another fetus, they immediately sent her to the Civil Hospital in Solapur in an ambulance.
