Kaif said, “Arshdeep’s run-up is long which means it may be difficult for him to take steps. He is wasting energy there too. So, the main reason behind that over-stepped no-ball is his long run up. And he changes sides a lot, sometimes round the wicket, sometimes over the wicket. So, he needs to work on these basics and get some rest. He is a good bowler but he didn’t have a good day.”
