Unpair the device. If Bluetooth is paired with two devices but unable to connect, you need to unpair the other device. Sometimes even minor errors happen. For this you have to follow the steps given below. Go to phone settings. Then go to Bluetooth and connected devices. Then tap the “I” icon next to the device you want to unpair. Then tap on Forget this device option. Wait a few seconds and then connect the device again.
Discoverable Features:
If you are still facing the same issue after the above method, then you need to turn on Discoverable feature. When this feature is turned off, you may experience Bluetooth connection issues. Follow the steps to turn it on.
First go to Settings and then Bluetooth.
Toggle on Bluetooth. Then, turn on the Bluetooth Discoverable feature. Then try to connect the device again.
Reset Bluetooth Settings: If there is a bug in the network settings of Bluetooth, you may face connectivity issues. In this case, reset its settings. For this you need to go to settings first. After that you have to go to the system. Then tap on the Advanced drop-down button. Then tap on reset options and reset Wi-Fi, Mobile and Bluetooth.
